Warranty
Effective Date: August 28, 2025
All products (“Products”) sold through 8888home.com are manufactured by third parties. 8888 Global Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) does not design, manufacture, or test the Products and makes no warranties of any kind regarding them.
1. No Company Warranty
1.1 Sold “As Is.” All Products are sold strictly “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
1.2 No Express or Implied Warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 8888 Global Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quality, durability, title, or non-infringement.
2. Manufacturer Responsibility
2.1 Manufacturer Warranty. Any warranties, guarantees, or assurances that apply to a Product are solely provided by the Product’s manufacturer.
2.2 Customer’s Recourse. Customers must direct all warranty claims, repair requests, or replacement demands to the manufacturer in accordance with the manufacturer’s policies and instructions.
2.3 Obligation of Manufacturer. The manufacturer is solely responsible for:
- The design, materials, and workmanship of its Products.
- Providing accurate assembly instructions, warnings, and limitations.
- Determining warranty coverage and remedies (if any).
3. 8888 Global Inc. Liability Disclaimer
3.1 No Responsibility. 8888 Global Inc. has no obligation to repair, replace, or refund any Product due to manufacturer defects, damages, or failures.
3.2 Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- 8888 Global Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from any Product defect, assembly, or use.
- Our maximum liability related to any Product shall not exceed the amount paid to 8888 Global Inc. for that Product.
3.3 Customer Agreement. By purchasing a Product, you acknowledge and agree that your sole recourse for defective or non-conforming Products is with the manufacturer.
4. Non-Transferability
Manufacturer warranties (if any) apply only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable unless the manufacturer specifies otherwise.
5. State Law Rights
Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations of liability. In such states, this Policy applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
