RETURN & REFUND

Effective Date: August 28, 2025

8888 Global Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values your satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to the purchase of physical goods (“Products”) through 8888home.com (the “Site”). By purchasing Products from us, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Return Window. Products may be eligible for return within 72 hours of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

1.2 Condition of Products. To qualify, Products must be:

  • Unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
  • In the original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags.
  • Free from signs of wear, assembly, stains, odors, or alterations.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items. No returns are accepted for:

  • Final sale, clearance, or liquidation items.
  • Custom-made, special-order, or personalized products.
  • Mattresses, bedding, and upholstered items once opened for hygiene reasons.
  • Assembled, modified, or installed items.

2. Return Process

2.1 Authorization Required. All returns require prior written authorization from 8888 Global Inc. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

2.2 How to Request a Return. To initiate a return, email returns@8888home.com with:

  • Order number
  • Product name and SKU
  • Photos showing the product’s condition and packaging

2.3 Return Shipping.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Products must be shipped via a traceable carrier with insurance.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

2.4 Restocking Fee. A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns to cover handling, inspection, and repackaging.

3. Refunds

3.1 Inspection. Returned Products will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds are issued only if the Product passes inspection.

3.2 Refund Method. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after inspection.

3.3 Deductions. Refunds will be reduced by:

  • Restocking fees
  • Original shipping costs (including “free shipping” promotions, which will be deducted at actual cost)
  • Any damage, missing parts, or packaging deficiencies

4. Damaged or Defective Products

4.1 Inspection at Delivery. Customers must inspect Products at the time of delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt.

4.2 Claims. Claims for concealed damage must be submitted to claims@8888home.com with photos within 72 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be honored.

4.3 Company Resolution. At our discretion, we may:

  • Replace the defective Product,
  • Provide replacement parts, or
  • Offer a partial refund.

We do not guarantee identical replacements for discontinued or limited-availability items.

5. Abuse Prevention

5.1 Right to Refuse. We reserve the right to refuse returns from customers with excessive or abusive return behavior.

5.2 Final Authority. 8888 Global Inc. has sole discretion to determine product eligibility, condition, and refund amounts under this Policy.

6. No Waiver of Rights

This Policy does not limit any rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws. However, it sets the maximum extent of return and refund obligations permitted by law.
