UNITED STATES RETURN & REFUND POLICY

8888home.com | Physical merchandise | U.S. domestic orders only

Effective for new orders: October 13, 2026 | Last updated: October 13, 2026

U.S. DOMESTIC ORDERS ONLY. ALL SALES ARE FINAL BY DEFAULT. NO VOLUNTARY RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR CASH REFUNDS UNLESS THE ITEM IS EXPRESSLY MARKED "RETURN-ELIGIBLE" BEFORE PAYMENT OR WE AGREE OTHERWISE IN WRITING. APPLICABLE U.S. CONSUMER PROTECTIONS AND PAYMENT-CARD DISPUTE RIGHTS ARE NOT WAIVED.

1. Seller, United States scope, and controlling order information

This Policy applies exclusively to physical merchandise sold by 8888 Global, Inc. ("8888," "Company," "we," or "us"), a Delaware corporation, as the disclosed seller of record, through https://8888home.com or a checkout/payment link that incorporates this Policy, where the merchandise is to be delivered to an eligible address in one of the fifty (50) U.S. states or the District of Columbia. Availability remains subject to the checkout service area. This U.S. policy does not govern shipment to Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or destinations outside the fifty states and D.C.; orders to those destinations are not offered through this U.S.-only checkout flow unless a separate, applicable offer and policy expressly permit them. Orders for software, subscriptions, services, leases, brokerage and real-estate transactions are governed by their separately disclosed terms, not this physical-goods return policy. If a different seller is the merchant of record for a listing, its identity and applicable return terms must be disclosed before that seller charges the buyer; this Policy does not eliminate any liability of 8888 otherwise imposed by law.

The item description, expressly displayed FINAL SALE or RETURN-ELIGIBLE designation, purchase price, disclosed charges, estimated shipping terms, and return conditions shown before payment and repeated or linked in the order confirmation govern the transaction, subject to non-waivable U.S. rights. A later policy revision or a restriction first revealed after payment does not retroactively reduce the customer's rights.

2. Final sale by default: no discretionary buyer-remorse returns

Except when an item is expressly marked RETURN-ELIGIBLE before the buyer pays or 8888 expressly authorizes an exception in writing, all merchandise is FINAL SALE. 8888 does not provide discretionary returns, exchanges, store credit or refunds for changes of mind; mistaken quantity, size, color, model or configuration selections; decor preferences; ordinary and accurately disclosed product variation; dissatisfaction with a properly described product; inability to fit merchandise through disclosed access constraints; or other buyer-side reasons unrelated to legal nonconformity. The customer should confirm dimensions, available entryways, color specifications, and delivery access before ordering. This Section concerns only voluntary returns and does not disclaim statutory remedies.

For special-order and made-to-order purchases, once a lawful order is accepted, 8888 may refuse a voluntary cancellation, including where sourcing, procurement, customization, manufacturing, delivery scheduling or fulfillment has begun. An order may nevertheless be canceled or refunded when required by the FTC delayed-shipment rule, applicable state law, an enforceable product-specific right, or payment-card rules. A product described or delivered materially differently from the agreed description is not converted into an acceptable product solely because it is marked FINAL SALE.

3. Goods excluded from voluntary returns

Unless the specific product listing expressly states otherwise before payment, there are NO voluntary returns for personalized or customized goods; special orders and made-to-order merchandise; sofas and upholstered furniture; mattresses, bedding and hygiene-sensitive merchandise; oversized or freight-delivered goods; clearance, closeout, floor, display, refurbished, open-box, "as-is" and expressly marked FINAL SALE products; and goods that have been used, assembled, installed, mounted, modified, damaged or rendered unsalable after delivery. Exclusion from voluntary returns never eliminates a legally required remedy for a defect, material misdescription, incorrect item, non-delivery or a qualifying cancellation.

4. Limited exchange / store-credit option for explicitly RETURN-ELIGIBLE goods

Only an item expressly identified as RETURN-ELIGIBLE on its product page or in checkout before payment qualifies for the limited voluntary program. The purchaser must request a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") in writing at legal@8888home.com no later than SEVEN (7) CALENDAR DAYS after delivery, unless a longer period is specifically offered in writing for that item. An approved voluntary return provides an EXCHANGE OR MERCHANDISE STORE CREDIT, at 8888's election and subject to availability; it does not provide a cash or payment-card refund merely for buyer's remorse. To qualify, the goods must be unused, unassembled, uninstalled, unaltered, undamaged, complete with all parts and accessories and in the original, resale-ready packaging. Unless 8888 expressly authorizes other arrangements, the buyer must dispatch the approved return or schedule the approved pickup no later than SEVEN (7) CALENDAR DAYS after RMA issuance.

The RMA authorizes a shipment for verification; it does not guarantee acceptance of damaged, incomplete or ineligible goods. The voluntary exchange or merchandise-credit amount is determined after physical inspection, subject to the disclosed fees in Section 5. If no suitable exchange item is available, 8888 may issue a store credit instead. Store credits are issued with written terms and administered under applicable U.S. state law. No item is return-eligible merely because it is advertised on the website.

5. Fifteen-percent restocking fee and actual freight charges

For a completed VOLUNTARY RETURN under Section 4 only, the merchandise-credit or exchange value is reduced by a RESTOCKING FEE OF FIFTEEN PERCENT (15%) of the returned item's net merchandise price, excluding separately stated sales taxes and outbound freight. The buyer is responsible for arranging and prepaying the approved return carrier and insurance. If 8888 provides a prepaid freight label or pickup at the buyer's request, 8888 may deduct only the actual, reasonable return freight amount specifically quoted and accepted by the buyer before use of that service. Original shipping, completed delivery, white-glove service, assembly and installation charges are not returned for purely voluntary exchanges unless the pre-purchase terms expressly say otherwise. No undisclosed flat, administrative or payment-processing fee will be imposed. Sales-tax adjustments, where applicable to a return, will be made as required by the taxing jurisdiction.

The 15% restocking fee, voluntary 7-day request deadline, customer-paid return shipping and exclusion of outbound freight do NOT apply to the extent a refund, cancellation, correction, replacement or return is legally required, or applying such restrictions would conflict with applicable card-network requirements. A customer will never be charged a fee simply to receive a legally required refund.

6. Damaged, defective, incorrect, materially misdescribed, missing or undelivered goods

If an item is materially defective, damaged in transit, materially different from its agreed description, materially incomplete, the wrong product, or not delivered, please notify legal@8888home.com promptly. For visible freight damage, customers are asked, where reasonably practical, to contact us within FORTY-EIGHT (48) HOURS of receipt and provide photographs of the product, packaging and delivery label so that evidence can be preserved. This is an administrative request to expedite a carrier claim, NOT a deadline forfeiting implied warranties, applicable state-law remedies, or rights to dispute a card charge.

8888 may reasonably request the order number, purchase verification, relevant photographs or serial numbers, reasonable inspection and, when lawful and appropriate, return of affected merchandise through a designated channel. We may investigate and use a lawful opportunity to repair or replace if that remedy is available, but we will furnish a refund, replacement, repair, reimbursement of required costs, or other legally mandated relief where applicable U.S. law, enforceable warranty, accepted order terms or payment-network obligations so require. No original-box or RMA condition overrides a non-waivable remedy when such a condition would be unlawful.

7. How to request an RMA or make a merchandise claim

Contact legal@8888home.com and provide the order number or other adequate proof of purchase, affected item, reason for the request, preferred remedy and reasonable supporting evidence. For voluntary returns, a written RMA is mandatory and the buyer must use the authorized destination, packaging and shipment instructions. The Los Angeles correspondence address shown below is NOT a returns warehouse. A statutory notice, warranty claim, refusal of delivery or valid card dispute does not become ineffective merely because the customer did not first obtain a voluntary-return RMA.

After receiving voluntary-return merchandise, 8888 may document the packaging, item condition, serial numbers, accessories and evidence of use. If a voluntary return fails the published criteria, it may be declined; 8888 will provide lawful return or disposition options, and any customer-paid reshipment cost will require applicable advance disclosure or agreement. We may investigate suspected duplicate claims, substitution, fraud or other abusive conduct without withholding remedies that law requires.

8. Furniture delivery, access and transit evidence

Before purchase, customers are responsible for checking product measurements and reasonable building-access requirements such as stairways, elevators, doorways, loading restrictions and scheduling rules. For arranged delivery, the customer should be present or authorize an adult recipient. A dated signature, photograph or carrier scan may be used to document tender and observable condition, but does not conclusively establish proper delivery or waive rights concerning concealed damage or latent defects. Reasonable, disclosed failed-delivery, rescheduling, storage or special-access charges may apply only where permitted by law and agreed in the purchase terms.

9. Approved or legally owed refunds: original payment method and timing

When 8888 approves a monetary refund or owes one under applicable law, it will initiate the credit to the ORIGINAL CARD OR ORIGINAL PAYMENT TRANSACTION when available, using its authorized payment-processing method, no later than THREE (3) CALENDAR DAYS after approval (or sooner if a shorter mandatory deadline applies). When legitimate inspection is required before a discretionary refund decision, 8888 may conduct a reasonable inspection before making that decision; we will not postpone or misdate an approval that has already been granted. The bank or card issuer, rather than 8888, controls when the credit appears on an account statement. Refunds include associated taxes and other charges when required by U.S. law or the applicable payment rules.

If a refund cannot be processed through the original transaction, including because the ordinary processor window has expired, 8888 will arrange a lawful, documented alternative consistent with the payment-network rules. Merchandise credit will not replace a cash/card refund where monetary reimbursement is mandatory. We will not request a separate payment to release a refund, issue a duplicate refund on the same charge or attempt a new charge to recover a chargeback in violation of processor rules.

10. Unshipped orders, shipment delays and legally required cancellation

For covered U.S. internet merchandise orders, we will have a reasonable basis for any disclosed shipment timeframe. If no timeframe is clearly stated, the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule generally requires shipment within thirty (30) days after a properly completed order. If shipment cannot occur by the promised or applicable deadline, 8888 will send the required delay notice and obtain consent when required, or cancel the unshipped merchandise and issue the required prompt refund, including refundable delivery and taxes as applicable. A delay-based statutory cancellation is NOT a voluntary return, so no 15% fee, voluntary deadline or store-credit substitution applies. Separate Shipping & Delivery Policy terms govern logistics except where inconsistent with these legal rights.

11. Federal and state U.S. consumer rights preserved

This is a UNITED STATES-ONLY policy. Nothing in it waives or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable U.S. federal, state or local law, including rights concerning defective or materially nonconforming goods, deceptive or inaccurate descriptions, non-delivery, applicable written or implied warranties, qualifying cancellation or rescission, and remedies under the FTC merchandise-shipping rule. California Civil Code section 1723 and New York General Business Law section 218-a establish specific disclosure and enforcement rules for limited or no-return policies; the Company will comply with such requirements wherever they apply. The fact that merchandise is FINAL SALE or "as-is" for voluntary-return purposes does not itself nullify every legally applicable warranty, product-safety obligation or statutory remedy.

Where mandatory U.S. law requires return, repair, replacement, restitution or a money refund, that remedy governs despite a seven-day discretionary window, RMA prerequisite, 15% fee, original-box condition or store-credit-only term. We may verify the claim and actual purchase, require legally reasonable cooperation, and reject provably fraudulent requests, but will not create unreasonable obstacles to protected rights. Cardholders also retain applicable dispute rights through their issuing bank and payment network.

12. Bundles, promotional gifts and item-based price adjustments

For an allowed VOLUNTARY exchange or merchandise credit involving promotional pricing, bundles or conditional gifts, 8888 may recalculate the benefit or require the return of a promotional item only when the condition and calculation were clearly disclosed before purchase and are lawful. We may not use an undisclosed adjustment to reduce a legally required refund. Product-specific return privileges, if any, must be stated before purchase and reflected in the confirmation.

13. Card disputes, proof of acceptance and fraud controls

Customers may contact us to resolve a problem directly, but nothing in this Policy requires the customer to waive or delay a valid payment-card dispute. 8888 may provide the processor and card network truthful contemporaneous evidence, such as the product listing, clear final-sale designation, accepted policy version, order confirmation, buyer communication, invoice, shipping and delivery records, and any voluntary return. Card-network and issuer decisions are governed by their rules and applicable law, not by the Company's unilateral determination. 8888 will not attempt an unauthorized new charge for a previously charged-back purchase.

14. Pre-purchase disclosure, written copies and confirmation

The Company will display a conspicuous FINAL SALE or RETURN-ELIGIBLE status near each eligible item and again before the customer submits billing information and confirms the purchase. Checkout will clearly disclose the 7-day voluntary deadline, EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY remedy, the 15% restocking fee and customer-paid return shipping where applicable, and provide a readily accessible link to the complete Policy. The same material return limitations will appear in the order confirmation or receipt. We will provide a written or electronic copy of the applicable policy upon request. Where checkout permits, customers will affirmatively agree by an unchecked-by-default box; 8888 may retain the accepted version, timestamp and order record. Disclosures are intended to satisfy U.S. state requirements, including requirements directed specifically to online retailers.

15. Order-specific terms, interpretation and future revisions

A product-specific offer conspicuously shown before payment may grant greater exchange or refund privileges; such offer governs that order if consistent with mandatory law and processing rules. Conditions first disclosed after sale cannot retroactively narrow the purchaser's rights. This Policy supplements the U.S. Sales Terms and U.S. Shipping & Delivery Policy for physical goods; inconsistent restrictions must be read in the manner preserving the buyer's non-waivable rights. 8888 may revise this Policy prospectively for future transactions. The order remains governed by the version disclosed and accepted at the time of that purchase.

16. U.S. customer-service contact and restricted return address

8888 Global, Inc. | https://8888home.com | legal@8888home.com

Public U.S. correspondence address: 1301 N Broadway, STE 32230, Los Angeles, CA 90012, United States. THIS IS NOT A PRODUCT RETURN LOCATION. Do not send merchandise there. For approved voluntary returns, 8888 will supply the appropriate U.S. return destination and instructions. Questions or requests for a written copy of this Policy may be sent to legal@8888home.com. Where state or federal law permits a different method of legally effective notice, this address restriction does not eliminate that method.
