1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Return Window. Products may be eligible for return within 72 hours of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

1. Order Cancellations by Customers

1.1 Standard Products. Orders for in-stock, non-custom products may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase at no charge. After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee or denied if the order has already been processed for shipment.

1.2 Custom, Special-Order, or Personalized Products. All sales are final. Cancellations are not permitted once production has started or the order has been confirmed with the supplier.
